Saw: I want to Play a Game

The original Saw is the start of the Saw franchise before the later on blood bath sequels. The first Saw is the start of the franchise and this is the best in the series since Saw VI and Saw 3D along with Saw III. The first Saw starts of with a good opening scene and the story is really well paced in this movie. Saw is a really similar film to David Fincher's Se7en and this film seriously has all of the goods it has the right amount of tension, right amount of suspense, right amount of genuine spooks and thrills. This movie is a good start in the franchise and it was the most popular Horror film for Horror fans and when the sequels were released all of the fans were getting wilder when the sequels were released. The Saw franchise seriously became part of the Guinness World Records as the most successful Horror movie franchise due to it's box office reception. Like I said Saw is really similar to Se7en and the concept of this film is grimmy and disturbing and the entire concept of the first Saw is really good and it is a pretty nice film so far. I didn't ave any problems with the first Saw and the concept is perfect and there are no cliches or faults and problems it is just a simple and perfect movie with loads of tension, scares and spooks. I was also amazed with the cinematography of the movie and I really find the cinematography to be really useful and powerful as well. The music by Charlie Clouser was really well used in this film the main theme of the Saw franchise is one of the best songs I've heard in a Horror movie along with the main theme of A Nightmare On Elm Street and the theme is really well used and incredible for this film it always plays on the last part of the movie it played on the last part of the first Saw movie until the last and final Saw film it really is a nice theme after all and I enjoyed it.

The traps of the first Saw are really nice and they are all introduced in the first movie. The introduction of the reverse bear trap and the bathroom trap is a really good way to introduce the series. All of the traps in this film are nice and creative but not bloody because this film didn't have a lot of graphic violence and less gore compared to the sequels. But despite that the first Saw didn't have a lot of graphic violence and gore this film still had the tension and suspense on the right routine and this will always be the first best Saw film that you can't beat because this had a lot of tension and suspense while the sequels followed the exact same path as the first movie only that it is full of nonstop and insane graphic violence and gore but I really enjoyed the Saw films even though I hated the second and fourth Saw film I still like all of them because the film has been really successful and Twisted Pictures and Lionsgate seriously enjoy this franchise and they never gave up after all.
Director James Wan and his writing partner Leigh Whannell seriously did a good job with their work on the first Saw film and they really showed proof that both of them are really good when it comes to the Horror genre. They haven't been involved in the later on Saw sequels after the third movie and Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan mainly took over the later on sequels while James and Leigh remain as executive producers of the Franchise. Another good thing about Saw is the introduction of John Kramer the mastermind of the Saw series and the creator of all of the trap ideas. Tobin Bell does a unique job with his performance as Jigsaw aka John Kramer and his role is perfect for this movie and he knows what he's doing with his role in the film and John Kramer is one genius when he made some of the traps in the first Saw films and I think that Tobin Bell's character really became popular when the films came out and Jigsaw is one smart killer so far when he is introduced in the first Saw film. Overall Saw is a great Horror film that has the right amount of tension, suspense and genuine spooks and scares and despite the lacking of violence and gore this is still a good movie along with it's sequels.
